Project Description

The East End Zone fountain feature consists of two design elements, one being a 200’ long, 20’ wide dual-level reflection pool. The second is a 73’ long concrete water wall clad with black granite aggregate panes. There is an upper water trough, also clad in granite, which serves as the source pool for the water cascading down the granite aggregate panels creating an impressive whitewater effect. Both the upper pool and water wall are illuminated with LED submersible lights. All pump, controls and treatment systems are located adjacent to the water feature in an in-ground concrete vault. Although the construction schedule was tight, GPSI met the challenge to have both water features operational for the first pre-season football game of the 2009 season.
