Project Description
Enterprise Plaza is a 55-story skyscraper, owned by Hines and located in the heart of downtown Houston. The plaza that is the front door to 1100 Louisiana was redesigned in 2009 by Houston architect, Gensler. The project features a programmable fountain with 19 mini shooters surrounded by raised granite basins, trimmed in stainless steel with cascading water flowing over granite treads. WET Design of Sun Valley, California engineered the MEP system for all water features associated with the project. GPSI installed the feature in the summer of 2009. All pumps, controls and treatment systems are located in a dedicated two level equipment room situated in the lower level of the shipping and receiving area below street level.
Scope of Work: Construction installation of all Fountain MEP, pumps, controls and treatment systems.
