Keller Town Center

Keller Town Center is a 340-acre, mixed-use planned development that includes pedestrian trails, greenbelts, lakes and water features. This fountain is located at the front plaza of this facility. GPSI worked with the general contractor in providing the mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation for this project. The fountain includes a three-geyser jet nozzle which is controlled with two-stage wind sensor. During the Christmas holidays, the fountain is turned off so the city Christmas tree can be installed on top of the fountain decking. The fountain pumps and controls, filtration and water treatment equipment are located in an underground vault buried next to the fountain. The fountain spray effects are illuminated at night and are operational 16 hours a day, 7 days a week.
