Project Description
Dallas County Plaza was redeveloped in 2007 and was designed by Dan Euser for Jacobs to provide open space for public use and access in downtown Dallas over an existing parking garage. Constructability costs for the original design were over budget. GPSI provided an alternate design and took the project from concept to construction within the county’s budget. The interactive water feature includes interactive nozzles and programmable, color-changing LED lighting. Pump and control equipment is located in an equipment room in the parking garage below.
