Deb Chapman is the CEO and Founder of GPSI and has been with the company 40+ years. She remains an integral part of overseeing business operations. When not working she enjoys outdoor activities, especially hiking.

Jeff Chapman

As principal of the company, Jeff Chapman is involved in all aspects of the company from Engineering to Construction, providing technical support throughout the company. He has been with GPSI for 10-years as of August 2022. Jeff is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, and North Carolina. Jeff has been married to Shelby for 16 years and they have two kids, Mark and Kimberly. They spend a lot of their spare time attending select baseball and softball games. Jeff also loves the outdoors including hunting, fishing, and golf.

Randy Hilton

As the General Manager of GPSI, Randy Hilton oversees all aspects of company operations. He has been with the company since 2016 and brought with him a wealth of management experience. Randy is married and they have two children. He is heavily involved in their lives and activities, and enjoys coaching them as well. As rare as it is, when time permits, he loves being outdoors for a little camping, fishing, hunting or just hanging out on the lake or by the pool with his family.

David Denton

David Denton is the Business Development Manager for GPSI’s Design and Construction teams. Cultivating and growing relationships across GPSI’s diverse portfolio of partners and prospects is a fantastically technical way of stating, he knows no stranger and loves to explore new ways to push the creative boundary. Cornerstoned by his ecological education and tenured volunteering with Ducks Unlimited, he has amassed an eclectic plethora of successes that he brings to GPSI including B2C, B2B, and B2G in the construction equipment, professional landscaping, commercial nursery, and agricultural retail space. David and his wife have been happily married since 2021 and enjoy spending time together in the duck blind, on the golf course, and cheering on the Dallas Stars.

Brian Everett

Brian Everett is the Business Development Manager for GPSI’s Service, Care and Maintenance, and Special Projects divisions. Brian pursues strategic opportunities for these departments by facilitating project success for our client’s unique needs. He has been with GPSI since October of 2019. Brian has been married for 19 years and they have three children. He enjoys hunting & fishing in his free time.

Leo Prezioso

As Director of Design, Leo Prezioso has an extensive portfolio in Water Features and brings a vast knowledge of design, architecture, and construction to all GPSI projects. Aside from his design leadership role, Leo is heavily involved in all aspects of the architectural development and engineering coordination for all GPSI Water Feature projects. His dedication to Water Features spans 25 years and has world-renown Water Feature’s that were constructed under his leadership in various parts of the globe. He is married and has two children who are currently pursuing aviation careers after receiving their private pilot certificate.

Travis Riggs

Travis Riggs is an Engineering Project Manager at GPSI. In this role he manages the design of projects from conception through completion. He specializes in hydraulic calculations and Autodesk Civil 3D. Travis has worked for GPSI since June 2017 and is licensed Texas PE 143368 as of December 2021. Travis has been married for 5 years and they are expecting their first child in late 2022. His favorite pastime is to write and record music.

Nick Chapman

Nick Chapman is an Associate Principal for GPSI and the Business Leader for GPSI’s Design Studio. Nick graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Texas A&M in 2015, later joining GPSI in 2020 to facilitate the growth of the Design and Engineering portion of GPSI’s business. Nick is happily married and enjoys the company of his two dogs. In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time in the outdoors and pursuing his fitness goals.

Laura West

Laura West is the Director of Construction for GPSI and has been with the company since early 2017. In her role, she helps to manage and coordinate all projects, keeping the team organized with systems and project controls. Laura has an extensive background in construction business management and administration. She is blessed with an amazing husband, two beautiful and accomplished daughters and one awesome granddaughter. In her spare time, she enjoys ATV/RZR trail riding, lake life and her two wonderful dogs.

Tarah Dickenson

Tarah Dickenson is one of the Construction Project Managers for GPSI and has been with the company since 2022. Her role starts from contract execution to completion of construction. Project financial management, client communication, and a close partnership with the office and field teams are essential to her role. Tarah has been in the construction industry for most of her career. She has one beautiful, spunky daughter and enjoys spending time with her family & dog, going to the lake, and winning at Mario Kart.

Ryan Tennes

Ryan Tennes is the General Superintendent for GPSI and has been with the company for 10 years. He works with general contractors and the field personnel to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget. He has been in this industry for over 15 years and brings a wealth of experience and expertise. When not working, Ryan and his wife enjoy going to the beach for vacation where he loves both fresh and salt-water fishing.

Mitch Thome is the Director of Service for Care & Maintenance at GPSI, overseeing the Service and Care & Maintenance teams and offering ways to make improvements and provide quality customer service for GPSI. He has been married for 10 years, has two boys, enjoys spending time with family and friends, going camping / hunting, and working on cars.
