The GPSI Design Studio welcomes projects at any stage, whether they lack initial Water Feature design ideas or have preliminary concepts ready, each scenario offers exciting opportunities for design and collaboration. After gathering critical site details, customer preferences, and other parameters in an initial meeting, our team will develop and present multiple creative concepts.

The vision is set—let’s make it a reality. The GPSI Design Studio excels in designing, detailing, and engineering complex Water Features. We collaborate closely with all project disciplines to prepare a comprehensive set of drawings. We refine the selected concepts from the Concept Design Phase into Schematic Designs, focusing on the artistic and technical details that will define the final product. After further detailing during the Design Development phase, our team produces a comprehensive set of Construction Drawings that serve as the roadmap for bringing our vision to life.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION: ‘SEEING IT THROUGH, BECAUSE IT’S NOT DONE UNTIL IT’S RIGHT’
Once a project enters the construction phase, our GPSI Design Studio collaborates closely with GPSI’s Construction experts to deliver industry-leading Construction Administration services. Our multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and construction experts meticulously review submittals, RFIs, as-builts, and other construction documents. Additionally, we conduct regular site visits, perform in-depth reviews of ongoing installations, and provide detailed reports on our findings. This rigorous approach ensures that the unique challenges of building water features are expertly managed, leading to the successful completion of beautifully constructed projects.

PROGRAMMING AND START UP: ‘IT’S SHOWTIME!’
This is where ideas come to life and when the Water Feature takes center stage. The programming and start-up for any Water Feature is the most exciting phase for all projects. During the development phases, our team of experts use computer generated simulation to visualize and explore the Water Feature’s capabilities and varied water expressions. Those ideas are then replicated on site where the programming of the real fountain takes place.
