The linear Water Feature bisects the plaza with its multi-level profile. Water fills the entire length, creating various sounds for the passerby. Sculptural galloping horses running through the water complete the composition. The sound of their galloping hooves through the water is seen and heard via a series of bubblers strategically placed to portrait movement from the still standing sculptures.
