In the center of the Prairie Gardens in the West End Square is the Water Table. The fountain can morph from a smooth reflecting pool on still days to bubblers on windy days and incorporates three different modes: a reflecting pool for still days, bubblers on windy days and a cloud mist with potable water for cooling during particularly dry and hot days.
