As principal of the company, Jeff Chapman is involved in all aspects of the company from Engineering to Construction, providing technical support throughout the company. He has been with GPSI for 10-years as of August 2022. Jeff is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, and North Carolina. Jeff has been married to Shelby for 16 years and they have two kids, Mark and Kimberly. They spend a lot of their spare time attending select baseball and softball games. Jeff also loves the outdoors including hunting, fishing, and golf.
