Jerry West is the Director of Field Operations at GPSI. He has been in the water feature industry for 20 plus years. He defines the objectives of the field operations and outlines the duties of the field staff, supervises and supports the team. He details step by step processes for common field tasks, including establishing methods for coordination between the field teams and office teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Jerry and his wife, Crystal, have a beautiful 20 year marriage with three wonderful kids. Two boys and a girl, who are very involved in sports. His daughter is 20 years old and is currently at UNC playing basketball, and pursuing her Medical Degree. His 18 year old son is heading to Arkansas to further his football career, and pursue His Law Degree. His 9 year old son is following the same path as his two siblings which he admires greatly.
