The three (3) Turning Basins act as a pedestrian transit hub between the Cynthia Woods Pavilion and the residential areas located on the other side of the waterway. The Water Feature is an attraction during the day and night. The basin’s water action is visually interesting as water cascades down varied stepped stone profiles, causing varied sounds and water action.
